I come here as soon as I get to the area for a Hot towel shave every time and as I leave the area to head back home. I will even call in advance for an appointment if I know I will be needing a shave during the busier times of the year. ”

Everyone else was cutting fast and my son was in the chair for almost an hour and all he was getting was a fade. “ Unfortunately I will not be returning hear me out...came here on Tuesday and saw the sign 14 for seniors on wed...I asked the old guy I believe owner or manager I'm 62 is that ok for the special he said yes....cool came the next day the Panamanian barber took me I told him I'm 62 he said you have to be 65 I told him I spoke to the old man the day before he says let me go and ask . . Comes back says sorry your right is 62....told him I want skin on the sides guy was very friendly and good barber he finished gave him a 20 and left....came back today stupid me didn't say nothing to a different barber told him skin on sides nothing on top ....took him 10 minutes tops...I get up give him a 20 and walk out...he follows me outside and tells me is 30 ...I said I'm a senior he asks me how old am I I said 62 he said it's 65 I said I had this issue before...then he says get this skin on sides is 30 ...im like wth the Panamanian barber did skin and never said anything about a different price....anyway the guy said OK and took the 20 just this time....we'll there's isn't going to be a next time ...please manager put up a sign with all the rules and regulations a lot of seniors are on fix incomes ....thank you Responding to the owners response...I didn't realize a skin side cut is different than a regular cut my fault on that...the barber who cut my hair was really good and did a great job ...its ashame I won't be coming back with all these rules...Iol...but good luck and thank you for the great haircut...and thanks for taking care of seniors ”
